Rachel was a beautiful human being and she was a caring colleague and co-worker. I never got the opportunity to meet Rachel in person, but all my virtual interactions with her always made it feel that we knew each other well all along. She and I got along really well and I remember those meetings just talking the honest truth about life, work and whatever came to our minds. She was a great listener and she always brought a smile to everyone's face. She loved talking about Sam and she was a very proud mum. It's truly sad and feels unfair that she had to go so early, but I believe in my heart and soul that she will be looking down at all these great remanences and smiling from heaven abode. I hope she has found peace and sending strength to her family.

Remembering all the times I was on a call with Rachel and she would look to her left towards the door and see her mum bringing her a cup of tea, her face would lit up and turn into the biggest smile I had ever seen. I also remember the day when I brought a big box of Pokemon cards to the office to Rachel for her to give to Sam and she was so happy! We sat next to each other very often and had side comments about everything that was going on around us, always smiling and laughing about something. I miss Rachel very much and I am so grateful to her for everything that she has taught me.
